Plans and Capability Boundaries
Lens currently exposes academic capabilities through three membership tiers: Plus, Pro, and Max. Plan benefits apply only during the membership validity period. At task submission time, regular, advanced, or premium credits are still consumed according to the selected model and task type.
If your credits are insufficient, purchase a plan or top up credits before continuing.
Plus
Plus is suited for lightweight daily academic reading and writing.
Available capabilities:
- Paper Summary
- Arxiv Summary
- Arxiv English Summary

- PDF Deep Reading

PDF Deep Reading -> English PolishingMax
Max is suited for heavy research, complex material processing, and full research chains.
Max includes everything in Pro and can use the full academic capability set currently exposed in Lens. Max supports orchestration with up to 3 steps, for example:
Paper Quick Read -> Chinese Polishing -> Mind MapBilling and Validity
- Monthly plans and monthly redemption codes issue the corresponding quota with a 30-day validity.
- Annual plans and annual redemption codes issue 12 months of quota with a 365-day validity.
- Regular, advanced, and premium credits correspond to different model or task consumption bands.
- Actual deduction follows the selected model, task type, and what the product UI shows at submission time.
- Once the membership expires, the plan-specific capabilities stop being active. Renew or redeem a new membership code to continue using those capabilities.
Task Execution Notes
- Orchestration runs in series, so the next step starts only after the previous step completes.
- PDF, Word, LaTeX, long papers, and slower upstream models increase the total runtime.
- During long tasks, use the progress area in the message to inspect the current step, completed steps, and failure state.
- If a capability is hidden or the UI asks for an upgrade, the current plan usually does not support that capability.
